The Erratic Boulders of Norber
Join this 4½ mile (7km) walk from Clapham and wander among the famous Norber Erratics – huge boulders carried here by an Ice Age glacier. Where did they come from? We will also visit Nappa Scar where we will see evidence of an ancient sea. Hear about the Craven Faults and their dramatic effect on the landscape. And we will glimpse into the beautiful but little known Crummackdale and its fossil waterfall.
