DCM Events - Dance of the Dales - Wednesday 7 May
In this workshop you will dance some of the over 50 dances (a mixture of folk dances and old time dances) collected in the 20th century in the Yorkshire Dales.
There are dances for sets of couples as well as couple dances.
These dances were danced in the villages throughout the Dales, and were a regular point of social contact for those who lived in these remote villages.
