This lovely 5.5 mile (8.8km) Hawes rural heritage walk takes you into Herriot country. Walk through fields and along old bridleways with stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales.

We will look for evidence of old industries and traditional rural activities as we walk, including local hamlets, villages, barns and lime kilns.
