Artist Claire Priestley is a member of The International Feltmakers Association and an experienced local feltmaker and tutor.
Using Corriedale, Herdwick, Gothland and Wensleydale curly wool, Claire will guide you through the process to create a unique needle felted sheep. These little sheep measure approximately 10cm high and stand on four sturdy legs. If you would like to adapt your sheep to create a favourite breed (for example a Herdwick, Swaledale or Wensleydale), this is entirely possible. A demonstration, individual tuition, all materials and equipment and light refreshments will be provided.
This half-day workshop is perfect for both beginners and those wishing to refine their felting skills.
